Refund policy

This page applies to returns for United States customers.


At Pierre Mystique, we offer a complimentary 14-day return policy with FREE return shipping via FedEx for U.S. orders, so you can ensure your purchase is perfect. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days from the shipment date.


Return Policies


All Returns

  • Once your return request is accepted, you must ship the return within 7 days.
  • All returned products must be in original, unworn condition and include all original documentation provided with the purchase.
  • Returns without the lab-grown diamond certificate (where applicable) will be subject to a $100 replacement fee per missing certificate.
  • Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized are not eligible for return.
  • Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
  • Packages without a Return Authorization Number or packages refused upon delivery will not be accepted for refund.
  • Return abuse policy: We reserve the right to limit access to our website and/or terminate accounts of customers who abuse the return policy.


Returns to Original Payment

  • Most items can be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment.
  • Pre-designed styles and Design Your Ring styles may be returned for a full refund back to the original payment method.

Returns for Store Credit Only

  • Special orders, including High Jewelry and customized pieces, are eligible for store credit only.
  • If store credit is used for a new custom piece, this will be considered a one-time re-design. After the re-design is finalized, the piece will be final sale.
  • Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty and Repair Process remain applicable for all special orders.


How to Return an Order


1. Initiate Your Return

If your order is eligible, we will email you a FedEx prepaid shipping label along with your Return Authorization Number (valid for 7 days). 

  • Online Account: Log into your account, go to Order History, and select the items you wish to return.
  • Contact Us: Reach out to us here if you need assistance.

2. Prepare Your Return

  • Include all original packaging, return packing slip, and any diamond certificates.
  • If the diamond certificate is not included, a $100 fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Place the jewelry inside the original jewelry box and then inside a shipping box. We recommend using the original shipping box, or you may use a FedEx shipping box.
  • For security reasons, do not write words like “jewelry” or “diamonds” on the package.

3. Ship Your Return

  • Drop the package off at your nearest FedEx location.
  • Pierre Mystique and FedEx are not responsible for packages dropped off at FedEx Drop Boxes or non-FedEx staffed locations.
  • Obtain a FedEx receipt as proof of shipment and insurance coverage.
  • If using a different shipping carrier, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For protection, ship the package fully insured, require a signature upon delivery, and request a return receipt.

Pierre Mystique is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

Refund Process


1. Receipt & Inspection

  • Once we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance team will inspect and verify its condition.
  • This process may take up to 7 business days.

2. Refund Issuance

  • Refunds for special orders will be issued as store credit to your account.
  • You are still responsible for any outstanding payments on the original payment method.
  • Refunds for pre-designed styles will be issued via the original payment method.
  • If the original payment method was bank wire, cash, or other special processing payments, the refund will be issued via check.
  • Credit card refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement.
