Two-Year Manufacturing Warranty


We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a two-year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.


What Is Covered?

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues such as loose gemstones or faulty clasps that arise due to workmanship.


What Is Not Covered?

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Including scratches, discoloration, or damage from daily use.
  • Accidental Damage: Such as impacts, exposure to harsh chemicals, or misuse.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any work performed by third parties not authorized by Pierre Mystique.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Experience team at customer@pierremystique.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Evaluation: We will assess your claim and provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.
  3. Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will repair or replace it as appropriate.


Shipping Details

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items to Pierre Mystique for evaluation.
  • Replacement Shipping: If the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.


Lifetime Limited Warranty (After Two Years)


Beyond the initial two years, we offer a lifetime limited warranty focusing on professional cleaning and maintenance services to keep your jewelry looking its best.


Services Include:

  • Professional Cleaning: To maintain brilliance and shine.
  • Stone Tightening: Ensuring all gemstones remain securely set.


Service Frequency Recommendations:

  • Cleaning and Inspection: Every 6 to 12 months.
  • Stone Tightening: Annually.


Shipping Details

  • Service Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending and receiving items for maintenance services.


Important Notes

  • Proof of Purchase: Retain your original invoice, as it is required for all warranty and service claims.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover loss or theft of items. For comprehensive coverage, consider obtaining jewelry insurance.
